Volunteering provides amazing mental rewards, unites people to work toward a common goal, and builds camaraderie. Teaming up with VA World Conference provides me with an opportunity for all of the above. The VA World Conference is an event specifically designed to help and encourage minorities to become Virtual Assistants. Becoming a volunteer has allowed me to utilize my skills in administrative services and accountability. There is no other group I’d rather serve than new (and veteran) minority virtual assistants.
